It works well with complex foods by allowing each individual element to speak for its self while creating harmony and balance. With no presence of oak you’ll enjoy this crisp and refreshing Sancerre no matter the season. The combination I enjoyed and will repeat is the pairing with stuffed lobster and squid salad.
